Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

• Any appointment must be either rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a $50 last minute rescheduling/cancellation fee.

• Please make sure to be on time, as arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation and you will be charged a $50 last minute cancellation fee since the time slot would not be able to be filled.

• Missing an appointment without notification will result in being charged for the full service amount.

• We reserve the right to deny service for clients who refuse to pay the fee as well as for clients who frequently cancel last minute.
